Baptisms

One becomes a Christian through the sacrament of baptism. At this time adults and children of any age are initiated into the life of Christ and the church community. These services are held on special festivals of the church year and need to be arranged in advance. It is expected that there will be a period of preparation for the candidate or, in the case of babies and small children, the parents and godparents. To talk to a priest about baptism for yourself or a member of your family, call the church office. (M-F 8:30-3:00 pm) Brochures about baptism are available at the back of the church.
