On May 30th at 7 pm, The Rev’d Dr. Marilyn Hames will give a presentation on “Mary Magdalene —a historical and artistic journey”. Mary Magdalene has had quite the journey that took her from being regarded by the Church as the First Apostle, to a common whore, to the reformed sinner par extraordinaire, to everywoman/everyman, and recently being recognized and restored to the title ‘Apostle to the Apostles’.
