St. Philip's Day Patronal Festival

We celebrate our patronal festival with the Most Reverend John Stephens preaching and presiding.  St. Philip's was blessed by the ministry of Archbishop John as our rector from 2001-2016.  We are delighted to welcome him back as part of our Centennial celebrations.

At our patronal festival, we will acknowledge the 2025 Stewards of St. Philip's and gratefully receive and offer a hymn composed for St. Philip's by Vitalii, who shares this message:

Thank you, St Philip’s, for allowing me to share this song “Life on Earth Will Never Be Eternal” as we celebrate a century of faith, prayer, and fellowship in this beautiful church. This piece was born from reflections on the fragility of our earthly journey. I dedicate this musical prayer to God to uplift our souls, reminding us of the light we have chosen to follow. I thank wonderful Anya, whose support has meant so much to me, Michael Murray for his invaluable help in shaping and notating this song, and the beloved choir – this is our shared creation. We give you this song about the fleeting nature of human life as an invitation to feel faith, gratitude, love, and inner peace. May this song remind us of the eternal that begins here and now, within our hearts.
May the Lord bless you all.

A livestream link will be available here shortly before the beginning of the service.
