When you arrive there are 2 entrances to the church builing: the chapel entrance on the right with an accessibility ramp and the main door on left with stairs. There is parking on the street and in the Immuclate Conception School Parking lot across the street (during worship time only).
A Greeter will be there to say hellp and give you a service leaflet. Sit wherever you like; there are pillows and large-print hymnals availble in the main entrace if needed. A hearing loop is availble for enabled hearing aids. There is a play room for children on the left side of the church as well as a colouring table in the sanctuary. A children's prayer is offered during the service for those who wish it.
The service is printed in a leaftlet (everyone offers the words in bold) and hymns are in the blue hymn book in the pew.We are a liturgical church and our worship follows an ancient pattern every Sunday. Our Sunday services are Eucharistic holding the gift of Christ's life in bread and wine at the heart of who we are as Christian people. Our main instrument is the organ and a Choir leads us in music for most of the year (taking a break in the summer).
We would love to you come for coffee and conversation following the service in the Fireside Room which is located through the gym. St. Philip's is made up of 3 buildings and there is signage posted with directions. Don't hesitate to ask if you need help finding anything.
